Shipping policy

Processing Time
Each order is carefully prepared. Processing time may vary depending on the type of product (original artwork or print) and the current volume of orders.

Shipping & Customs
– Canada & USA: artworks are shipped stretched on wooden frames.
– International: artworks are shipped rolled in a protective tube (local framing required).
– Customs: customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client and will be collected directly by the carrier.
All artworks are sold without decorative frames.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are applied based on the destination (Canada, USA, International). These fees cover secure shipping with tracking.

Packaging
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure optimal protection during transport.

Damages or Loss
If an issue occurs upon delivery (damage or lost package), please contact us within 7 days at contact@chloefriot.com
